I've added more photos to the truck photo album (under "preparation") to show the wetroom in all it's glory (or as much as you can see from photos taken inside a small space!) and the seating area which is beginning to look complete at last.
Lots more "bits" of work have been completed recently - it can be quite difficult to locate sources of items that are really suitable for this type of project - even finding the door latch for the wetroom took weeks (normal motorhomes use flimsy plastic latches that I would think twice about fitting to a cupboard, let alone a fully sealed door) - but worth the wait as the finished product is so much better for it.
Still looking for work - it looks as though there are more opportunities around recently, so I'm just hoping that something turns up soon.
The current situation in the various countries of the Middle East/North Africa is obviously taking a lot of our attention at the moment - the risk is that one or more will become unstable for a long period - or worse that the whole region will become difficult. If it does then we will have to revisit the plan - either go West Coast (problems in the Sahel region and visas for Angola) or ship to Southern Africa and head North hoping that things become easier. Can't say for the moment - we just need to keep on top of what's happening.
